Earth Magic Medicine
A journey for women remembering their wisdom, reclaiming their voice, and rising in ceremony.
There comes a time when a woman hears the whisper of her soul calling her home, to the rhythms of the Earth, to the wisdom in her bones, and to the medicine she carries deep within.
This facilitator training has been lovingly woven for women who feel that sacred pull to hold space, not just in structure, but in spirit. It is a remembrance, a return to your own inner knowing, where you are both student and vessel. Here, Mama Cacao becomes your guide, your ally, your heart opener. And through her, you’ll learn how to hold ceremony with integrity, depth, and reverence.
This is not your typical Cacao Ceremony training. This is a deeply embodied, feminine journey that honours the spirit of cacao and the sacred lineages and traditions it comes from. We respect and humbly bow down to the teachers and guardians of this sacred plant medicine as we walk with cultural awareness, respect, and humility, always acknowledging that we are guests in a lineage that deserves reverence, never appropriation.
Through this training, you will be guided step-by-step in learning how to work with ceremonial grade cacao in a way that’s rooted in deep relationship and personal devotion. You’ll be invited to explore your own medicine and unique way of holding space, supported by ancient wisdom and grounded facilitation skills. We cover not just the “how” of running a cacao ceremony, but the “why”, the energetics, the intention, the sacred responsibility of holding space for others.
You’ll also be held in a container of sisterhood, walking this path alongside other women who are remembering, just like you. Whether you yearn to hold women in circle, guide and lead ceremonies and deepen your spiritual path with Mama Cacao, this training will nourish and prepare you to offer from a place of truth, grounding, and love. This training is a sacred journey through foundational modules, designed to support women in reclaiming their voice as facilitators and space holders, guided by the heart medicine of Mama Cacao. Each module builds upon the next, slowly opening you up to your own inner wisdom and preparing you to hold space with deep integrity, spiritual hygiene, and cultural reverence.
Through a blend of online content and in-person workshops, you’ll learn to weave together ancient ritual, feminine spirituality, shamanic practice, and the art of ceremony. These modules will not only train you to facilitate with cacao, they will guide you to deepen your personal practice, awaken your intuition, and remember the sacred space holder within.

1: The Foundations of Cacao
We begin with the roots. You’ll explore cacao’s sacred history in Mesoamerican cultures, its spiritual significance across the globe, its nutritional gifts, contraindications, and the environmental and ethical dimensions of cacao sourcing. This is where your relationship with cacao as a plant teacher is grounded, in respect, knowledge, and reverence.
2: Spiritual Hygiene and Guidance
In this module, you’ll begin to tend your energetic field. Learn how to connect with spirit guides, clear and protect your energy, ground before and after ceremonies, and create a daily spiritual hygiene routine that supports you as a facilitator.
3: Creating Sacred Space
Step into the art of altar creation and sacred space. Learn the significance of altars across cultures, how to design your own, how to work with them daily, and how to activate them as energetic centres during ceremony and ritual.
4: Connecting to the Spirit of Cacao
This is where we truly meet Mama Cacao. Learn how to ritually prepare cacao, invoke its spirit, and integrate cacao into daily practice. You’ll explore cacao’s synergy with other plant allies and deepen your embodied relationship with this sacred medicine.
5: Introduction to Shamanism
We begin to journey into the unseen realms. Learn the core principles of shamanic practice, how to journey to the upper, middle and lower worlds, and the tools used to walk the shamanic path with care and ethics.
6: Animal Allies and Soul Healing
Connect with your spirit animal guides, explore their messages, and learn foundational practices like soul retrieval and dismemberment as healing tools. This module will support you in becoming whole and confident in your intuitive gifts.
7 & 8: Cycles of Time and Nature
Explore the Medicine Wheel, personal and seasonal cycles, and the Wheel of the Year. Learn how to honour Sabbats and Esbats, and how to align your cacao ceremonies with the rhythms of nature and spirit.
9: Mastery of Cacao Ceremony
Learn the complete structure and flow of a cacao ceremony. Craft sacred cacao recipes, understand group dynamics, and practice guiding participants through safe, transformative experiences, including post-ceremony integration.
10: Expanding the Practice
Discover how cacao can be woven with complementary modalities like sound healing, aromatherapy, yoga, meditation, and psychotherapy. This is where you learn to hold multi-dimensional, sensory-rich space with care and integrity.
11: Business and Ethics
A heart-led business is still a business. Learn how to set up your sacred offerings, hold ethical boundaries, market authentically, and build a community rooted in trust, reciprocity, and aligned values.
12: Integration and Moving Forward
We close the circle. This final module offers time for reflection, integration, and planning your path forward, both in personal practice and professional facilitation. You’ll be guided to honour what you’ve learned and who you’ve become.

My path with Mama Cacao began many years ago, not as a business, but as a prayer. Cacao met me at a time when I was seeking clarity, healing, and reconnection to the feminine. She cracked my heart wide open, and I’ve been walking with her ever since, weaving her into my work in sacred women’s spaces, ancestral healing, womb work, and ritual.
I have studied plant spirit work, shamanic practices, and the art of ceremony, but my deepest learning has come from living it. I walk this path with integrity, humility, and deep love for the women I serve.
Certification
Upon completion of all modules, assessments, and required ceremonies, you will be certified as a Cacao Ceremony & Sacred Space Facilitator through Earth Magic Medicine. You will be eligible for professional membership with the IICT under our training provider status.

This sacred training is an investment in your path as a space holder, guide, and ceremonial facilitator. It is for women who are ready to walk with integrity, honour Mama Cacao, and offer grounded, heart-led service to their communities.

Training Timeline
The course begins on:
Friday, 1st May 2026
(with eight weekly live online sessions from 1st May- 19th June, covering Modules 1–8).
We then gather in person for Workshops 1–3,
held from 17th–19th July 2026
in Byron Bay.
Online training resumes for Modules 9–12 from
24th July to 14th August
Followed by a final in-person weekend gathering
and graduation on
12th & 13th September 2026
in Byron Bay.
Please note: These dates serve as a proposed outline and are subject to change. Any adjustments will be shared with plenty of notice to support your preparation.
In-person workshops are essential for certification.
Accommodation is not included and will be an additional cost. We will offer guidance on nearby options and support for shared travel or housing where possible.
