The recent eclipse season, along with Mercury and Venus retrogrades, has been profoundly transformative to say the least….deep and reflective…. These cosmic energies held a sacred mirror, illuminating shadows within that asked to be seen, felt, and integrated.

I’ve been journeying inward here in the arms of Mama Bali, witnessing hidden fears, patterns, and uncovering some big truths. The eclipses invites us to acknowledge the parts of ourselves long avoided, bringing forward wounds ready to be healed, while Venus retrograde revealed lessons around self love, boundaries, and relationships, reminding us to honour our worth. Mercury retrograde encouraged us to pause, slow down, and speak more intentionally from the heart, teaching us the power of compassionate communication.

Now, as both Mercury and Venus move direct, there’s a beautiful sense of clarity and renewal emerging. The energy feels lighter, stronger, and more deeply aligned, having faced some of these shadows. The transformative energy of these events remind us that healing isn’t about perfection, but about embracing all parts of our selves, the light and the dark.
